Max Di Gregorio is a Consulting Partner in the Technology Practice at PwC. He has served clients across Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East covering primarily the banking and insurance industries.
He is a trusted advisor to CxOs and IT executive teams on digital and technology strategy, payments, core banking transformation, FinTech, blockchain, operations automation, planning and mobilization of large scale IT transformations.
Max was the senior architecture advisor for the IT post-merger integration of two primary GCC banks. Other projects and clients include the core banking strategy and architecture for the international expansion of a global bank; the lead architect for a core banking migration program for a European bank; lead technology architect for a digital attacker strategy for a primary banking group in Eastern Europe; lead of a multi-country IT strategy encompassing IT operating model, IT architecture and IT infrastructure for a leading banking group; design the digital architecture and application delivery model for a global insurance group and the design; planning an IT transformation journey for front-office and direct channels at a leading Turkish bank; payment hub design at a large European bank and IT architecture assessment of a capital market authority in GCC.
Prior to joining PwC, Max was Partner and Managing Director of Accenture Technology Strategy practice in emerging markets.
